2. Ensure each employee and other individual / company paid to assist in any investigation, understands and adheres to this policy code and accepts responsibility without question.
3. Verify the credentials of prospective clients, irrespective of whether they are commercial or private, and that they have lawful reason for requesting any investigation.
4. Protect and respect all clients privacy and confidentiality.
5. Perform all investigations legally and within the bounds of moral and professional ethics.
6. Ensure our services and systems are secure to protect our client's privacy.
7. Ensure against inadvertent disclosure of personal information.
8. Keep the best interests of our clients a priority, by pursuing high standards of reporting, to whom nothing shall be restricted, except that which the law shall dictate.
