 Every organisation has a legal obligation to ensure that contractors visiting their premises operate in a safe way. More than ever, there is a need to take Health & Safety seriously and ensure that you have made suitable arrangements when on your clients' sites - increasingly for many major clients, this is being carried out through Safecontractor.
As a contractor you can join in one of two ways - EITHER - When one of your clients provides us with a list of their contractors which is then cleaned with those remaining contacted and invited to join the scheme. OR - As an independent contractor, not linked to any specific client, but still receiving the benefits that the scheme offers. In both cases you would then be audited for health and safety and when successful become Safecontractor accredited. |
