Property Inspections

Global Guarding can carry out property inspections both internal and external.

Our Global Guards check:

Fire exit and all doors-Most security breaches are planned in advance and a broken fire exit which will never be opened unless in a state of emergency, can provide an opportune place for an intruder to gain unauthorised access.  All exterior doors will be checked for breakages and security, and in the event of a security issue, we can organise locksmiths and maintenance crews to repair any problems or a security guard to remain on site.

Alarm sensors-Alarm sensors are vital to any alarm system and if tampered with can render the system useless. This is why Global Guarding’s inspection teams check the placement and activation of all PIR (Passive Infrared Sensors) so in the case of a breach the alarm system will work as designed.

Rubbish – Rubbish left on site could seriously put off potential clients as well as encourage unwanted vermin & pests and the requisite pest control costs. Global Guarding will report any rubbish left externally or internally and if required can arrange for clean up teams to dispose of any rubbish.

Utilities – Where utilities are on site, Global Guarding can monitor and report meter readings at every inspection.

Damp/Mould – With every inspection a damp/mould analysis is carried out. At the first sign of either, a report is created and sent to the client. Why spend huge amounts of money curing water damage when it could be a prevented in advance.

Health and Safety – All Global Guards are trained in rudimentary Health & Safety procedures and will notify our control room if any of the basic Health & Safety laws are breached. These can be potential hazards such as blocked fire escapes or padlocked fire exits. Why risk a potential disaster?

A Global Guarding SIA operative will ensure a full inspection of your property. A detailed report will be logged on our systems and can be available for you to view at all times.

Global Guarding can arrange the repair of damage caused by an intrusion, maintenance, clearance of any hazardous waste/chemicals/needles and provide extra security measures.

We can ensure that a security presence remains on site until the property is safe and conforms to your insurers requirements.
