The only charges that you can possibly occur is if we are called out to site on your behalf.

What We Do

Every set of keys that we hold have a unique tag. You can only obtain the site details when you input the number on our secure system. Every time the Keys are used all details are recorded for full Key control.

Your keys will be in safe hands and will only be used if and when they are needed.

What you Get

With the free Key Holding service you get 2 security signs for the exterior to the building and a 24/7 response number to call. You also get 6 months free key holding services from Global Guarding. If you want to cancel the service at any time within the 6 months you can email a cancellation notice and we will remove the boards and return the keys.

Call Out Charges

Site Visits

For a Void property, or a site where you will require opening outside of the normal operating hours we can arrange for this. We can stay on site for as long as needed.

There is a call out charge of £25 which includes the first hour on site and then a cost of £9.50 per hour after these.

Alarm Response

Global Guarding will be your first point of call in an alarm activation. We will arrange for a SIA licensed security officer to attend site, carry out an external and internal inspection and if needed, wait around until the site is secured. The cost of this is £35 for the call out charge which includes the first hour on site and then a cost of £9.50 per hour after.
